Energizer Holdings, Inc. posted results for the full fiscal year and the fourth fiscal quarter, which ended Sept, 30, 2014.  For the full fiscal year, the company reported net sales were down slightly at 0.4% to $4.4 billion.   For the fourth quarter, net sales increased 7.1% to $1.1 billion.
